Building and Real Estate Auction Only – April 5th at 1pm

We will be selling live onsite the building and the 0.4-acre parcel that it sits on. There is no liquor license with the property today, but one is available for transfer to this location by the seller.

Grill Equipment and Contents Online Auction – Ends April 6th at 6pm

We don't know what the new building owner will want, if anything, from the contents of the building, so we are selling the contents online only at JFMarketing.us.

Pickup for this online auction will be Thursday, April 7th from 9 am - 4 pm only. All buyers must bring their own tools, manpower, equipment, etc, as JF Marketing will not be supplying manpower for removal. Seller will have all equipment decommissioned and disconnected from any electrical or water.

A Solid, Well-kept, Clean Brick Building Currently Houses a Full-Service Restaurant

In August 2021, the owner closed for the day, cleaned up the kitchen, prepared to open the next day, and never opened again. Blame COVID.

They served an All-American style menu (meat, potatoes, eggs, gravy you get the picture) and had a significant loyal following. The dining room accommodates +/- 133 dining patrons at over 31 tables/booths/counters, with 40 parking spaces on a freshly repaved parking lot. Coolers/Freezers have been on the whole time. Ice machine is filled with ice, even today. The owner replaced all the older cooking equipment (deep fryers, grills, char grill, prep tables, etc) and so everything in the building is almost new and ready to go.

In operation since being built in 1997, the location is minutes from Mansfield, OH, Ontario, OH, and also Lexington, OH - home to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course! The restaurant draws from 140,000+ residents within a 15 min commuting radius. Limited financials are available for review with our NDA. We expect all will realize that a short 4 months after purchasing and re-opening the restaurant Covid 19 struck the country, and revenue dropped significantly. Prior to various mandates being lifted or altered to encourage people to begin eating out again, the owner shuttered the restaurant again.
