Why Auctions Changed Everything
I began my auction career in 2010 and earned my real estate license in 2011. From the start, I noticed something that bothered me: most sellers were told there was only one way to sell a property — list it, put a sign in the yard, and hope the right buyer shows up.
Auctions told a different story. A defined timeline. Competitive bidding where the market decides the price. Transparent process. Seller in control from start to finish.
I decided to build a practice around both paths. Today, I help clients across Northeast Ohio choose between traditional luxury listing and real estate auction — and I walk them through every step of whichever they choose.
